BIO: After graduating from Villefranche-de-Rouergue, Cyril Lignac began work at the Arpeggio then continued his training under Pierre Herme at Korova, Alain Ducasse at Grande Cascade and with the Pourcel brothers at the Maison Blanche.

In 2004 he ran la Suite in Paris and the following year Cyril Lignac opened his own restaurant in Paris; le Quinzieme Cuisine Attitude.

Cyril Lignac has been featured on many cooking shows on the French TV channel M6: Yes chef!, Chef, the recipe, Live in canteen and Get Chef’d. He is also a successful cookbook author: Chef Generation, Chef 80 Recettes,Gourmands and a book for children called, Cyril Lignac & Small Chefs.

In 2007 Cyril published a bi-weekly magazine called Cook by Cyril Lignac and in this same year lent his voice to the French version of Ratatouille. His latest venture is a 1908 Parisian bar, the Chardenous which is registered as a French Monument historique.

BIO: Georgia born, Curtis Aikens began his love of produce as a young boy picking food in the garden with his grandfather. Through high school, Curtis worked at the Conyers, Georiga A&P Market where his passion for fresh produce took off to become a career.

While vacationing in California, he was drawn to Alpha Beta grocery store in the San Francisco Bay area and began working for them after he relocated there. Before he knew it, seven years went by and he opened his first produce company called Peaches. Curtis’ next move was to New York to head Dom’s Wholesale Market and Balducci’s produce department. This position made him responsible for the United Nations Cafeteria, the Plaza Hotel and the US Open Tennis Tournament. His TV career began as a consultant and food stylist on commercials for Pizza Hut, Pillsburg and McDonalds.

Curtis Aikens returned to Georgia to start Aiken’s Family Produce, Inc., a wholesale and retail supplier of produce for clients including Rockdale County School System, the TV series In the Heat of the Night, and feature film Glory. Amanda Freitag

Celebrity Chef Speaker Amanda Freitag is a familiar Food Network personality and culinary expert based in New York. She is a regular judge on the Food Network’s popular series Chopped and co-host of American Diner Revival with Ty Pennington which aired its first successful season in May of 2015. She has been the recipient of numerous awards from the local and national media which include a two-star review from The New York Times and features in New York Magazine, Forbes Life and Time Out New York.
