BIO: Radhika Desai attributes her love of food and her inspiration of becoming a chef to her parents. She remembers bonding with her family over food. After graudating from The Ohio State University and realizing that her passion was in food, not her job park ranger job, she enrolled in The Cooking and Hospiatlity Institute of Chicago. Upon graduation, she began working at different Chicago and Cincinnati restaurants. At 27, she was the opening executive chef of Between Boutique Café & Lounge in Chicago. Radhika Desai has also appeared on Bravo’s Top Chef.

She is the new executive chef of English restaurant in Chicago and is currently working on an autobiographical cookbook. BIO: Chef Paul Liebrandt grew up in London, England and cooked for some of the world’s most esteemed restaurants and chefs including Marco Pierre White at his Michelin three-star restaurant, Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons in Oxford, and Richard Neat at the two Michelin star Pied a Terre. Paul also spent time working under Pierre Gagnaire at his three-star restaurant in Paris, France before moving to New York City where he worked with David Bouley at Bouley Bakery.

Paul Liebrandt was chef at Atlas in Central Park South, and at the age of 24 earned the title of youngest chef ever awarded three star’s by The New York Times. After leaving Atlas, Paul cooked at Papillon, then cooked for some high profile clients: Lord Rothschild and HRH Prince Andrew. He continued on to Gilt, and then went on to open Corton. The James Beard Foundation named Corton the Best New Restaurant in the United States.

BIO: Before Mike Isabella opened Graffiato in Washington DC, he was the executive chef of Jose Andres’ Zaytinya. During his time spent at Zaytinya’s, Mike gained enormous respect and national attention for the restaurants Mediterranean powerhouse cooking.

Mike Isabella began his training at The Restaurant School in New York, and while taking classes he was cooking his way through many of New York City’s most luxurious establishments. He eventually traveled down to the coast of Philadelphia first as a sous chef for James Beard award winner Douglas Rodriguez at Alma de Cuba, then a host at various Stephen Starr restaurants.

Learning the true craft of Latin cuisine at El Vez, Mike Isabella, learned under Jose Garces, and was the executive sous chef of Marcus Samuelsson’s Washington Square. Philadelphia proved to Mike that it was the right move, he had incredible learning experiences and it launched his name into the restaurant world. Still looking for his niche, he moved to Atlanta and teamed with the Buckhead Life Group’s top-notch Greek restaurant, Kyma. Soaking up the experience, he learned the techniques and flavors in Greek cooking, but he didn’t learn it any better than when he traveled through Greece. Trying to grasp the full understanding of Greek cooking, Mike spoke to locals and found his way through the daily markets. Mike Isabella recently appeared on season six of Bravo’s Top Chef and was runner up on Top Chef All-Stars. He is available for hosting, corporate appearances and speaking engagements.

BIO: Chef and owner of Quince, Michael Tusk, draws inspiration for his Italian cuisine from his local famers and growers throughout Northern California. After graduation from Tulane University, he enrolled himself in the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Wanting to broaden his knowledge of French and Italian cuisine, Michael left for Europe and worked in numerous Michelin starred restaurants. While staying in Italy’s Barbaresco region, he developed his interest in Northern Italian regional cuisine.

In 1994, after returning to San Francisco he began working highly influential restaurants such as Stars, Oliveta and Chez Panisse and attributes much of his cooking success to Alice Waters and Paul Bertolli.

Michael Tusk and his wife Lindsay opened Quince restaurant in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood in 2003 and it quickly gained national and international attention. The following year, San Francisco Magazine named Michael Tusk Rising Star Chef and awarded Quince three stars. It has a one star Michelin rating and has very quickly become a restaurant known for his high quality and innovative cuisine. BIO: Celebrity Chef Michael Schlow is the Executive Chef and Owner of Radius, Via Matta and Alta Strada restaurants located in Boston. He is widely recognized as one of the leading chefs in the United States and has helped shaped the Boston restaurant scene.

Schlow moved to Boston from New York City in 1995 and opened the doors to Radius, his first restaurant, in 1999. Radius, which features Modern French cuisine, was soon hailed as the “Best Restaurant” in Boston and was recognized as one of the top “25 Best American Restaurants by Gourmet, “Best New Restaurant” by Food & Wine magazine and “Best New Restaurants in America” by Esquire.
