Restaurateur and Celebrity Chef John Tesar is well-known for putting his own personal flair on modern American cuisine with help from classic European techniques. His experience in the restaurant industry spans 20+ years and has seen John create and consult menus ranging from seafood fine dining to traditional American steakhouses. John currently owns and serves as executive chef at Spoon Bar & Kitchen, a fine dining seafood restaurant in Dallas, TX. Studying classical French training at La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris, Celebrity Chef John Tesar began his culinary career at Club Pierre in Westhampton.
