Roy Yamaguchi

Restauranteur and Celebrity Chef Roy Yamaguchi is a master of fine Hawaiian cuisine and has over two dozen signature restaurant locations peppering the globe from the U.S. to Guam and Japan. Jonathon Sawyer

Celebrity Chef Jonathon Sawyer is a crafty culinary personality based in Cleveland, Ohio. Jonathon owns and operates 4 foodie hotspots in the city and is also credited with opening the first pop-up restaurant group in Cleveland called Brick & Mortar Pop-Ups. In January of 2015, Jonathon released his first cookbook titled Noodle Kids: Around the World in 50 Fun, Healthy, Creative Recipes the Whole Family Can Cook Together. Just a few months later, he earned the title of 2015 Best Chef Great Lakes from the James Beard Foundation after being nominated for the award every year since 2012.

Sue Zemanick

Celebrity Chef Sue Zemanick is a top culinary talent based in Louisiana. She is currently the executive chef of Gautreau’s Restaurant located in uptown New Orleans. Nobody does tasty southern classics quite like Celebrity Chef Speaker Sean Brock! Sean plants his culinary roots in the garden where he learned the importance of growing and preserving your own ingredients growing up with his family in rural Virginia. Today he owns and operates Husk, a popular restaurant specializing in southern style cuisine with locations in Charleston, South Carolina and Nashville, Tennessee. Sean has built his own 2.5 acre farm on Wadmalaw Island in South Carolina where he grows all his ingredients and has even began raising his own livestock. As an ode to deeply rooted southern food traditions, Sean has taken it upon himself to help preserve and restore heirloom ingredients such as flint corn, benne seed and rice peas.
