BIO: Food editor for Good Morning America, Sara Moulton co-founded the New York Women’s Culinary Alliance in 1982 to help women who were working in the culinary field. She then left the restaurant business to work on recipe testing and development at Peter Kump’s New York Cooking School where she began her passion for teaching.
Sara Moulton ran the test kitchen for Conde Nast publication, Gourmet where she was the chef of the magazine’s executive dining room. She began her TV career in 1979, working behind the scenes on Julia Child & More Company which led her to her position with Good Morning America. Sara hosted Cooking Live, Sara’s Secrets on the Food Network and published Sara Moulton Cooks at Home in 2002. Sara Moulton was awarded the Culinary Institute of America’s Chef of the Year in 2001, was inducted into the James Beard Foundation’s Who’s Who of Food and Beverage in America and her cookbook Sara Moulton’s Everyday Family Dinners won an IACP award in the category of Children, Youth and Family. Sara Moulton is releasing an iPhone app to help people cook healthy tasty food with 60 easy-to-prepare recipes. Sara has taught cooking classes in New Milford, Connecticut in November 2011 and is available for cooking demonstrations, corporate hospitality and endorsements.
