However, Vegas is also known as a city of choice and these new kids on the block will be competing with other esteemed chefs who have already aligned with major Vegas hotels to create widely acclaimed fine dining experiences. Joel Robuchon has enjoyed years of success with his self-titled restaurant at the MGM Grand and Alain Ducasse with Mix at Mandalay Bay. Famed Spanish American cuisine guru Jose Andres is ahead of the pack already owning 3 restaurants in the city and is getting set to open Ku Noodles and Bazaar Meat at the SLS Las Vegas Hotel & Casino Labor Day weekend.
The best part about good food is that it’s universal. The amount of tourists that the city attracts over the course of the year allows these celebrity chefs the opportunity to share their specialty foods and recipes with a wide and diverse audience.
