BIO: Celebrity Chef Kelly Liken is on the most promising female chefs in the country. The culinary bar has been set extremely high for Chef Liken ever since she graduated first in her class from the Culinary Institute of America. She has been featured in Bon Appetit’s 2008 “Women Chefs: The Next Generation” and was honored as a 2009, 2010 and 2011 James Beard Semi-Finalist for Best Chef Southwest. A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Chef Kelly Liken currently resides in Denver, Colorado.

Liken got her start in cooking at the Inn at Little Washington in Washington, Virginia and began to work her way up the culinary ladder when she moved to Colorado in 2002. In 2004, Chef Liken opened up Restaurant Kelly Liken in Vail, where she has been ever since. She is most known for her appearances on Bravo’s Top Chef D.C. and on Food Network’s Iron Chef America. BIO: Jonathan Jerusalmy brought 16 years of experience to his role as executive chef at The St. Regis Atlanta, which included his time at The St. Regis Resort in Monarch Beach, California’s only five-star, five-diamond resort.

Before joining the St. Regis, Jonathan was the executive banquet chef and executive sous chef at the Lowes Miami Beach Hotel in Florida. He has also improved his gastronomic background while working at the Fleur de Lys in San Francisco and as executive chef at Figaro in St. Louis. Figaro was voted Best New Restaurant by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch within 6 months of opening. Jonathan Jerusalmy has completed several internships at Michelin-rated restaurants in France, where he studied under Master Chef France Paul Bocuse and Chef Gerard Boyer. Upon graduation from the Institute Technique des Metiers de L’Allimentation in Tournia, Belgium, he served as Chef de Partie at La Cote 108 in Berry au BAC, France. Shortly after, he joined the St. Louis Club in Missouri as Chef de Partie and Chef Tournant.

Jonathan is persistent on using seasonal ingredients and uses local farmers, ranchers, etc. who are dedicated to natural farming and organic methods. He is committed to using only the finest local and artisanal ingredients and serves on Christofle Silver and Vera Wang China. He is responsible for training the hand-selected staff and Catering Specialists to guarantee The St. Regis tradition is kept alive. BIO: Growing up in his grandmother’s kitchen, Jon Ashton learned to love and appreciate his grandmother’s most important message; to share what one has with others. Jon is also an advocate for preventing childhood diabetes and helping to teach others on the importance of healthy eating.

BIO: Chef John Somerville developed his appreciation of farm fresh ingredients growing up in Ohio. After graduating from the University of Michigan and earning a degree in engineering, he quickly realized he wanted to pursue a culinary dream.
