Celebrity chef for hire Duskie Estes is a beloved Food Network personality who rose to fame as a contestant on Food Network’s Next Big Star season 3 and season 5. She is currently a judge on Guy’s Grocery Games. Based in Sonoma County, California, Duskie and her husband John own and operate ZAZU kitchen + farm which has garnered numerous awards as one of the top restaurants in the Bay Area. Duskie will tell you she first fell in love with cooking at the age of 5 using her trusty EZ-Bake Oven. As she grew older, she couldn’t get enough of the restaurant life and began working in restaurants around the U.S. including Palace Kitchen in Seattle. While at Palace, Duskie was named Seattle Best Chef by City Search in 2000 and Gourmet Magazine ranked the Palace as one of the top 5 restaurants in Seattle and one of the top 50 restaurants in the country. In 2001, she helped co-author the James Beard Award-winning cookbook Seattle Kitchen with chef Tom Douglas.

Later in 2001, Duskie and her husband decided it was time to open up their own culinary venture and developed the concept for ZAZU. Since the grand opening, ZAZU has offered guests a seasonal menu that is focused on locally sourced produce and a variety of different cuts of meats. Duskie’s snout-to-tail approach includes saving kitchen scraps to feed the farm animals. In 2009, Duskie and John were given the Rising Star Chefs Award for Sustainability. ZAZU has also been included in the San Francisco Michelin Guide every year since 2008.

Successful restaurateur and celebrity chef for hire Chris Coombs is the owner and executive chef of Boston Urban Hospitality which owns the restaurants dbar, Deuxave, and Boston Chops. Chris has built up these 3 restaurants located throughout the Boston area to generate over $10 million in annual sales with over 100 employees to oversee. His approach to restaurant hospitality focuses on pairing sophisticated French-American dishes with a casual, comfortable dining setting. Chris fell in love with the restaurant business after working his first job as a dishwasher at a seafood restaurant when he was just 11-years-old. Chris went on to attend the Culinary Institute of America and graduated in 2004. Chris became executive chef and co-owner of the restaurant and started by building a garden on the roof to create his own source of fresh, local ingredients. In 2010, Chris officially opened his first restaurant Deuxave in Boston and 3 years later he opened the urban steak bistro Boston Chops which was named one of Food & Wine Magazine’s Best New Steakhouses. 2013 was a coming out party for Chris when he was named to both Forbes and Zagat’s list of “30 Under 30” personalities as well as earning a nomination for The People’s Best New Chef in New England from Food & Wine Magazine. Restaurateur, TV host and celebrity chef for hire Ryan Scott rose to fame as a contestant on the fourth season of Bravo’s Top Chef cooking competition series and has since enjoyed quite a successful career in the culinary industry. Ryan is currently the host of his own radio cooking show on KGO 810 in the San Francisco Bay Area.
