Gina Keatley

TV Host and Celebrity Chef Dietitian Gina Keatley has become the go-to gal for all things nutritious. She is a Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist who founded her own private practice called Keatley Medical Nutrition Therapy. Her practice helps educate and promote better lifestyle habits for individuals suffering from diseases related to nutrition such as obesity, diabetes and eating disorders. Gina has been called upon as an Nutrition Expert by many major news programs and talk shows including appearances on CNN, the Dr. Oz Show, and BBC Worldwide. In 2013, Gina was awarded the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition Community Leadership Award for her efforts to create a healthier America.

Celebrity Chef Dietitian Gina got her degree in Nutrition from New York University. She then helped co-found Nourishing USA, where she worked for 5 years as the Director of Nutrition and Culinary Arts. Nourishing USA is a non-profit organization that helps support local food banks, soup kitchens, and emergency shelters in the New York area. Celebrity Chef Dietitian Gina Keatley got her first taste of Food Network as a contestant on Extreme Chef. She then appeared as a contestant on Top Chef: Seattle in 2012. A year later she joined Uncanned Productions as the host of her own TV show Healthy Soul With Gina Keatley. In it she touches on a variety of topics surrounding food culture and health & wellness.

In 2014, Gina was chosen as a panelist for L’Oréal Paris and Glamour Magazine’s Top Ten College Women speaking event that was moderated by Glamour editor-in-chief, Cindi Leive. She has a commanding stage presence and a genuine interest in educating others about the benefits of good diet habits. That same year she debuted her first documentary titled Far From Healthy that took a closer look into America’s food landscape.

Hugh Acheson

Southern Chef Speaker and Top Chef judge Hugh owns and operates two restaurants in Athens called Five & Ten and The National. He opened Empire State South in Atlanta in 2010 and his most recent eatery The Florence in Savannah in the summer of 2014. His southern cuisine with a European flair has created an infusion of tastes and dishes that have made him one of the most popular chef’s in the southeast. In 2015, Hugh began a charity initiative to reevaluate and remake home economics course in his home state of Georgia and eventually nationwide.

Southern Chef Speaker Hugh is a Canadian native whose love for the culinary arts brought him to the United States.

He worked in several establishments in Ottawa before moving to Athens to manage a local eatery. He soon moved with his wife to San Francisco to hone his craft under renowned chefs Mike Fennelly at Mecca and Gary Danko at his signature restaurant. He worked in the kitchens in San Francisco for 2 years. It was in 2000 that he moved back to Athens and opened his first venture, Five & Ten. Food & Wine Magazine named him one of the best new chefs in 2002.

After opening Empire State South in 2010, Hugh competed on season 3 of Top Chef Masters where he came in 5th out of 12 competing chefs. He was a hit on the show and became a regular judge in seasons 9 of the cooking competition series. In addition to his TV appearances and restaurants, Hugh has published his delectable recipes in 2 cookbooks with a 3rd on the way. His first titled A New Turn in the South: Southern Flavors Reinvented for Your Kitchen won the James Beard Award for Best Cookbook in America Cooking in 2012. He also took home the James Beard Award for best chef, Southeast that year. His 2nd cookbook titled Pick a Pickle: 50 recipes for Pickles, Relishes and Fermented Snacks was released in the spring of 2014.

Ana Quincoces

You may recognize this celebrity chef speaker as a former cast member on Bravo’s Real Housewives of Miami TV series. While Celebrity Chef Speaker Ana Quincoces has experienced multi-dimensional in the entertainment industry, cooking has always been her true passion. She now owns and operates her own website featuring recipes, video webisodes, and her tips and tricks for the kitchen. In 2015, Ana introduced an exciting new line of Million Dollar Marmalades as a part of her Skinny Latina food line.

When you begin to tally up all of the programs, campaigns and other career endeavors Ana has been a part of, it’s hard to imagine one person could be so involved! In addition to her website, Ana has published 3 cookbooks detailing the ins and outs of Cuban cuisine. She is the face of Unilever’s “Vive Mejor” campaign and a regular celebrity guest at the annual South Beach Wine & Food Festival. Ana is also a regular contributor to Target’s online publication A Bullseye View, a behind the scenes look at the Target brand.

Celebrity Chef Speaker Ana Quincoces has ample experience in hosting her own cooking demonstrations having hosted events across the country for organizations such as Hispanic Heritage Week and the American Heart Association.

She has also provided the keynote speech at several conferences throughout the country including Hispanic Leadership, Women in Business, Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce Champions of Business luncheon, and the Dade County Bar Association’s Bench and Bar Conference. Jason Roberts

Celebrity Chef Guest Speaker Jason Roberts is a New Zealand native who has set up shop in New Jersey as a popular celebrity chef personality. Some of Jason’s best contributions as a culinary creative have come in the form of cookbooks. He is the author of 3 cookbooks Elements and Graze, Lots of Little Meals Fast and his most recent cookbook, Good Food Fast! published in 2014. He is currently working on the sequel, Good Food Fast 2, scheduled to release in 2015.

Jason has been surrounded by food his whole life. He spent the first few years of his culinary career cooking under mentor and renowned chef Damien Pignolet as Executive Chef of the restaurant Bistro Moncur in Sydney. His culinary talent did not go unnoticed and he soon became the host of the daily cooking program Fresh, which aired on TV in Australia and New Zealand.

Celebrity Chef Guest Speaker Jason got his first airtime in the U.S. when he appeared on Good Morning America to share his culinary journey in 2003.

Since then he also appeared on a number of other Talk shows such as The Sharon Osbourne Show, The Wayne Brady Show, The Style Network’s You’re Invited, and Talk Soap with Lisa Rinna among others. Finally Jason hosted his own talk show on PAX Network called Jason Roberts’ Taste. The show garnered two American Accolade Awards in 2005 for Best Host and Best Health & Lifestyle Program.
