Curtis Stone

Celebrity Chef Curtis Stone’s philosophy is to cook the way Mother Nature intended. He uses this philosophy throughout his shows, books and cooking by buying local, seasonal and organic ingredients and keeping recipes simple.

He has previously worked at the Savoy Hotel in Melbourne, Australia and apprenticed under the Michelin three-star chef Marco Pierre White at Café Royal, Mirabelle and Quo Vadis.

He debuted publicly on television in the UK before making a name for himself in the United States. In the UK he hosted three seasons of Surfing the Menu. This led to his own series in the United States on TLC called Take Home Chef. The show was a complete hit and has since been aired in 70 other countries. Chef Curtis Stone is a familiar face on many other shows including The Today Show, Ellen, Conan, The Talk, The Biggest Loser and Celebrity Apprentice. He has been the host of Bravo’s Top Chef Masters for four seasons now alongside Francis Lam, James Oseland, Krista Simmons, Art Smith and Ruth Reichl; and appeared on Food Network’s Iron Chef America competing against Iron Chef Bobby Flay.

Curtis Stone also has his own eco-driven and sleek kitchen product line, which he debuted at a global food show. His hope is that his products will bring confidence into the kitchen and can be found in Williams-Sonoma, Curtis Stone Shop, Chefs Catalong, Dillard’s, HSN, Belk, The Rolling Pin and A Southern Season. In 2014, Stone was among several of HSN’s notable chefs in a first ever 24-hour cooking event where he performed cooking demonstrations with celebrity chef Donatella Arpaia in front of a live studio audience made up of HSN Credit Card customers.

Carla Hall

Celebrity Chef Carla Hall is a lively Celebrity Chef and TV personality who is a featured co-host on ABC’s The Chew with Clinton Kelly, Mario Batali, Daphne Oz and Michael Symon. She is also recognized from her appearances on the hit Bravo cooking competition series Top Chef where she cooked her way into the finals of season 5 and season 8. Since Top Chef, Carla continues to cook from the heart with a mix of Southern cooking traditions and classic French training. She published the first of 2 cookbooks in 2013 called Cooking With Love: Comfort Food That Hugs You. In 2014, she released her latest cookbook titled Carla’s Comfort Foods: Favorite Dishes From Around the World. In 2001, she started her own catering business called Alchemy by Carla Hall. Carla uses natural, organic and locally grown ingredients and is committed to wellness and balance. Carla began attending Howard University to earn an accounting degree before realizing her true passion was food. She went on to graduate from L’Academie de Cuisine, and began work as a sous chef at Henley Park Hotel and executive chef at The State Plaza Hotel and The Washington Club. Currently, along with her restaurant, she teaches at CulinAerie and L’Academie de Cuisine and works with the team building classes at various venues around the D.C. area.

BIO:  Originally from Bristol, Chef Will Holland has always had a love for food. He started working at The Bristol Swallow hotel with Simon Hulstone, the Senior Sous Chef under Michael Kitts at age 14.  From that point forward he recalls wanting to be nothing but a chef.

Will went on to college and was introduced to Gary Jones who was the head chef at Homewood Park and was the recipient of a Michelin Star and four Rosettes. After college, Will Holland was offered a job at Homewood Park in the Michelin starred kitchen at just 18.

Will’s next job was at the Gravetye Manor then on to work with Alan Murchison at L’Ortolan. Within the first six months of L’Ortolan’s opening, Will was named head chef at only 25. The following year, it was time for Will to move onto something bigger. Alan Murchison bought a restaurant and made Will the executive chef. He makes sure that the quality and consistency of all the ingredients that enters La Becasse’s kitchen are up to par and when possible, uses local produce as long as the quality and consistency is there.

Will Holland was given a restaurant at 27 and received his first Michelin star at 29. Other restaurant allocates include 3 AA Rosettes, 2009 Best Fin Dining Restaurant, The Good Food Guide with 6 out of 10, Hardens UK Restaurant Guide and entering the top 100 restaurants in the UK at The National Restaurant Awards.  He continues to grow as a chef and he won’t stop till he reaches the top. Will has been featured on BBC1 TV’s Saturday Kitchen in 2009 and MasterChef: The Professionals in 2010.  He is available for cooking demostration, hosting and endorsements.

BIO: Celebrity Chef Stefan Richter is known just as much for his flair and culinary cockiness as he is for his intricate flavors and refined dishes. As runner-up on season 5 of Bravo’s Top Chef, Chef Richter made a name for himself by winning the most “Quickfire” and “Elimination” challenges on the show. Despite not emerging from the show victorious, Richter’s cooking skills were on display as he created dishes such as lamb chops with tabouli, chicken paillard with grilled corn and nectarine and strawberry tartlet with thyme.

Born in Finland, Chef Stefan Richter spent most of his childhood in Germany. His passion for cooking was instilled in him by his father, and Chef Richter spent time training in all areas of the kitchen during his youth. His formal culinary education began 1987 when he completed a three-year apprenticeship at the prestigious Hotel and Culinary School in Immenstadt and Bad Woerischofen, Germany. During this time, Chef Richter worked at the two-star Michelin restaurant of the Landhotel Schlosswirtschaft and was named the Achenbach Award recipient and Finlandia Award winner, presented to young European chefs, in both 1991 and 1992.

Next, Stefan Richter left for Zurich, Switzerland to study at its famed Hotel and Culinary School. While completing the program, Richter worked in a number of kitchens including Germanys Kur and Sports Hotel and Maritim Seehotel and the Suko-Thai Hotel in Bangkok. He learned to master a variety of techniques and adopted an appreciation for the use of local produce and ingredients. His studying and apprenticeships paid off after he completed a program at the Fachhochschule Würzburg-Schweinfurt in Germany to earn a Certified Master Chef diploma in 1993.

Soon after, Stefan Richter left Europe for the United States and a position as sous chef and garde manger for the Ritz-Carlton in Dearborn, Michigan. In 1998, he was invited to join master chefs Grant McPherson, Sotta Kuhn, Jacques Torres, Jean Philip Maury and Marc Poidevin as part of the culinary team opening the Bellagion Hotel, Resort & Spa in Las Vegas. As executive sous chef, Richter was responsibly for creating, developing and executing menus for the $25 million banquet kitchen. BIO: Beginning his culinary journey at 15 years old, with an apprenticeship at the Hyatt in Melbourne under Roger Leinhard, Shannon Bennett continued his career to Europe cooking with Albert Roux, John Burton and Marco Pierre White.

In 2000, Shannon opened Vue de monde in Carlton and soon after, opened the current location in Melbourne. His classic French cuisines with a modern Australian setting, is evident in his cooking. Vue de monde was awarded the Restaurant of the Year by the Australian Gourmet Traveler in 2006 and 2007. His next restaurant, Café Vue and Bistro Vue were both opened in 2006, and by 2009 Shannon Bennett opened his second location of Café Vue, and the third was opened right outside of Melbourne.

An established cookbook author, Shannon Bennett released his second edition of his first book, My Vue in 2007, My French Vue also in 2007 and Shannon Bennett’s Pairs in 2009. Shannon continues to evolve Vue de monde and renovate the restaurant into a more environmentally sustainable building. He plans to have it run off solar, wind power, and other eco-conscious innovations. Shannon Bennett is passionate about fighting obesity in today’s society, and runs every day to stay in shape and keep off the extra pounds from his daily eating habits.
