BIO: Aki Kamozawa and Alexander Talbot are the owners of Ideas in Food, LLC, a consulting business out of Levittown, PA. They began working together in 1997, at Clio in Boston and have been working together ever since. Together, they share techniques, creativity for food and innovative approaches to food. Their business grew out of their blog, Ideas in Food, and now they have grown to help restaurants, food service companies, and home kitchens use creative ways and unique approaches to create food. Abdellah Aguenaou is the executive chef at Washington’s The Renaissance Mayflower hotel.  As a little boy, he worked with his father in a family restaurant in his native city of Rabat, Morocco. He would do the shopping at the local farms and grew to appreciate the wonders of fresh and local ingredients.

As an engineering student, Abdellah Aguenaou would work at Parisian restaurants at night where he picked up the rudiments of classic French cooking and where his love of cooking began. He eventually moved to New York and learned English and worked in restaurant kitchens where he dreamed of becoming a chef. After saving up enough money, Abdellah Aguenaou enrolled in the Culinary Institute of America, where he earned two degrees and graduated with high honors and honors.
