John Tesar

Restaurateur and Celebrity Chef John Tesar is well-known for putting his own personal flair on modern American cuisine with help from classic European techniques. His experience in the restaurant industry spans 20+ years and has seen John create and consult menus ranging from seafood fine dining to traditional American steakhouses. John currently owns and serves as executive chef at Spoon Bar & Kitchen, a fine dining seafood restaurant in Dallas, TX. In 2015, John hosted a series of five consecutive dining experiences with five different celebrity chefs in a fundraising effort to benefit EAT (RED) DRINK (RED) SAVE LIVES, a nonprofit organization devoted to the research and treatment of HIV/AIDS.

Studying classical French training at La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris, Celebrity Chef John Tesar began his culinary career at Club Pierre in Westhampton. John would continue to cook in some of the finest kitchens in the country, cooking at restaurants such as 13 Barrow Street, Vine, and the Supper Club alongside Celebrity Chef Anthony Bourdain. Leaving New York to venture into other culinary projects, John headed to Las Vegas to join Celebrity Chef Rick Moonen at RM Seafood.

Celebrity Chef John Tesar would then head to Dallas where he would soon become one of the most influential culinary experts in all of Dallas fine dining. In 2007, John became the executive chef of the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek. His innovative culinary style at the esteemed restaurant brought upon two five-star reviews as well as one of John’s two semi-finalist nominations for the James Beard Foundation’s “Best Chef Southwest” Award. John has also generously shared his culinary proficiency, helping mastermind menus all across Dallas restaurants such as The Cedars Social, The Commissary, Dallas Chop House, and Dallas Fish Market.

John’s prowess for American cuisine has earned him spots on cooking television shows Top Chef, Extreme Chef, and Cooking with Legends. In 2006, John emerged as the victorious chef on the inaugural season of Extreme Chef. His resilient personality and cutting-edge style has earned him praise in Food & Wine, Esquire, New York Magazine, and The New York Times.

Celebrity Chef Tia Mowry is no stranger to success as an actress and TV star, but she is a newcomer in the culinary world. Tia rose to fame as a teenager staring in the hit show Sister, Sister on ABC/WB with her identical twin sister Tamera Mowry. Following the show’s overwhelming success, Tia went on to star as medical student Melanie Barnett Davis on the popular BET series, The Game. Brian Duffy

Coming from a huge Irish-Italian family, food was very important to Brian from an early age. After refining his skills in culinary school, Brian went to work under Chef Jean Marie LaCroix at the famous Four Seasons Hotel in Philly. He partnered with a friend to open Kristopher’s and soon was hired by the Dave Magrogan Group to be their corporate executive chef for Doc Magrogan’s Oyster House, Harvest Season Grill and Kildare’s Irish Pubs. Later, Chef Brian got the change to partner with Seafood American where he developed his own line of frozen meals.

One of Brian’s first Celebrity Chef Appearances was on the Food Network’s Date Plate, where everyone enjoyed his sense of humor along with his wonderfully prepared food.

Tiffani Thiessen

Celebrity Chef Speaker Tiffani Thiessen is an actress turned Celebrity Chef TV Host who is best known for her role as Kelly Kapowski on the classic teen sitcom Saved by the Bell. In 2014, the Cooking Channel announced Celebrity Chef Appearance by Tiffani would become the host of her own cooking show on the network called Dinner at Tiffani’s. Tiffani has always had a passion for cooking and knew that she eventually wanted to take her skills in the kitchen to the next level.

Tiffani won Miss Junior America and was named Cover Girl magazine’s Model of the Year in 1989 before taking what would become her career defining role as Kelly Kapowski on Saved by the Bell. She and a few of her Saved by the Bell cast mates were reunited in a skit on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon in February of 2015. Following the success of the show, Tiffani was cast in a number of notable TV series including the teen drama Beverly Hills, 90210. It was in 2009 that Tiffani took on her memorable role as Elizabeth Burke in USA Network’s crime series White Collar. The show aired for 6 seasons and came to an end in December of 2014.

While filming White Collar, Tiffani made a Celebrity Chef Appearance as a judge on Food Network’s Cupcake Wars. The episode was themed “Birthday Bash” for Tiffani’s birthday.
