Adrianne Calvo

Celebrity Chef Adrianne Calvo is a Cuban/American chef, author, television personality, and restaurateur who owns and operates Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Wine Bar in Miami, Florida. Inspired by the grapes and the good eats Napa Valley, Chef Adrianne created her restaurant to bring that same atmosphere to the suburbs of Miami.

In 2002, Adrianne began her culinary journey enrolling in culinary school at Johnson & Wales University. While she was there, this fiery redhead entered over forty national cooking competitions and received first place in 10 and runner-up in the rest. Adrianne also competed in a National Pastry Competition held by Johnson & Wales and took home a bronze medal without any formal training. In 2003, Adrianne won the Australian culinary contest Taste Down Under. She became the youngest chef ever to cater a United Nations dinner after her winning dish was served at a U.N. gala that year. Adrianne was head and shoulders above her peers when she graduated in 2004, becoming the youngest chef to work at the five-diamond Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Miami under executive chef Patrick Lassaque. Before long she had made her way to Napa Valley to work under renowned Chefs Thomas Keller and Cindy Pawlcyn.

In 2006, tragedy struck when Adrianne lost her sister to tongue cancer. The resilient Celebrity Chef used the experience to make a difference for other families affected by the disease. She created the Make It Count Foundation to benefit families with children suffering from cancer and helps sponsor events for the Susan G. Komen Foundation and St. Jude Children’s Hospital among others. A year later she opened her Miami restaurant. Adrianne and her restaurant are now a staple in the culinary scene of Miami. She makes regular appearances at the South Beach Food & Wine Festival each year.

Christina Tosi

Ever heard of a milk bar? If you haven’t, let Pastry Chef Speaker Christina Tosi tell you all about it! The co-owner and head chef of Momofuku Milk Bar based in New York with a location in Toronto has blessed the surrounding communities with some of the best pastries and desserts on the block! It is thanks to her great skill as a pastry chef that the restaurant has received 2 coveted Michelin stars. In January of 2015, Christina replaced Joe Bastianich as a Celebrity Chef Judge for the new Master Chef and Master Chef Junior TV series moving forward.

Just a few years ago Chef Christina was nominated for and won the James Beard Foundation Award as Rising Star Chef of the Year in 2012 and she has not let us down. Christina started out in college to become an electrical engineer but was automatically drawn to New York. Once there she became enticed with food and pastry. After several hostessing jobs, Christina landed a job as a pastry chef at WD-50. Funny enough, after that she took an office job from David Chang, creator of the Momofuku group, and only baked from home. Her love of kooky desserts such as Crack Pie and cereal milk-flavored ice cream took America by storm. In 2011, Chef Christina put out a signature Milk Bar cookbook filled with tons of amazing recipes from the popular restaurant for the whole family to enjoy. In 2014, she was a finalist for the Outstanding Pastry James Beard award for rising star chefs. Chef Christian also has a new cookbook being published entitled Milk Bar Life: Recipes and Stories set to release in April of 2015.

Jason Santos

Chef Jason Santos is a culinary artist and popular Food & Wine Speaker with a heck of a vibrant streak. Literally! This quirky chef has bright blue hair! But forget the hair, it’s his mouthwatering dishes that will hit you in all the right places. Chef Jason was a frontrunner on Season 7 of Hell’s Kitchen and the fan favorite chef rose to fame after his runner-up finish on the show. Chef Jason graduated Newbury College’s Culinary Arts Program at the age of only 19. His first job was at Tremont 647 under owner Andy Husband. It wasn’t long after starting in the kitchen there that Jason advanced to executive chef. After 6 short years Jason moved on to become the executive chef of Gargoyles on the Square in 2005. Tom Kerridge

Tom Kerridge is a British Celebrity Chef Speaker known for his big, bold flavors and beautiful food presentation. Not only is he a best-selling author and TV personality, Tom owns and operates a gastropub with his wife Beth called The Hand & Flowers that is the only pub ever to receive 2 Michelin stars. He recently opened his newest venture, a pub called The Coach in 2014. Coach, which is centered around a rotisserie cooking style is already receiving rave reviews and is expected to be a big hit in 2015.

He was able to publish a best-selling cookbook named after the show in which he divulged many of his kitchen secrets that have earned his pub those coveted Michelin stars.

Bryan Voltaggio

Celebrity Chef Speaker Bryan Voltaggio is a part of the new generation of chefs who are reinventing American cooking with a new breed of farm-to-table cuisine. Bryan’s passion for local, fresh ingredients was born and adopted throughout his childhood in Frederick, Maryland where meals often included fresh produce from the family garden. In 2009, Bryan was the runner-up to his brother Michael on the 6th season of Top Chef. He also appeared on Top Chef Masters in 2013 and was the first chef to compete on both Food Network series. Currently he owns and operates 6 restaurants including VOLT in his hometown of Frederick.

Bryan also has collaborated with the internationally renowned Flying Dog Brewery to create Backyard Ale, complete with a signature label featuring a portrait of the beloved chef.
