Michael Chernow

Celebrity Chef Michael Chernow is a celebrated member of the culinary community. Michael learned the ins and outs of the restaurant business growing up as a bartender in New York City and Los Angeles. His debonair style is now a signature element in the creation and development of his own restaurants, The Meatball Shop, which he co-owns with his friend Daniel Holzman, and Seamore’s seafood restaurant. Michael opened Seamore’s in the summer of 2015 while the Meatball Shop has now expanded to 6 locations in NYC since its inception in 2010. In August of 2015, Celebrity Chef Michael Chernow was one of several Celebrity Chefs including Amanda Freitag hired to headline the Champions of the Course VIP event hosted by Bon Apetit magazine. He is now the host of Food Porn airing on FYI Network. The show is partly inspired by the Instagram hashtag #foodporn that has populated over 50 million posts to date using the hashtag.

Celebrity Chef Speaker Michael took a little different path to superstardom than most celebrity chef speakers in the industry. He grew up under the lights of the exciting NYC nightlife. His first bartending gig was at the popular nightclub Life as well as its sister club The Tavern in East Hampton. Michael spent 2 years at these fine establishments before jumping on board to help open Woo Lae Oak’s at its former location on Mercer Street. It was in 2001 that Celebrity Chef Speaker Michael Chernow hit the west coast chasing a new culinary adventure at Woo Lae Oak’s original location in West Hollywood. A year later he returned to New York to work under Frank Prizanzano at his signature restaurant Frank. It was here that Michael truly began to understand what it would take to open a successful restaurant on his own.

After 7 years at Frank, Michael decided to enroll at the French Culinary Institute. He graduated in 2008 with a degree in the culinary arts and restaurant management and the rest is history! Michael’s first successful venture, The Meatball Shop, spawned a signature cookbook that was released in 2011. He has been involved in promotional material for several well-known brands including Coach, Equinox and Chase Ink. He is also a regular in GQ magazine, offering his style tips and tricks for the changing seasons.

In early 2016, Celebrity Chef Chernow launched his own juice brand, WellWell Juice. He has collaborated with Sagan Schultz, Collin Hughes and Larry Prauger to develop this new brand. On top of devoting time to grow his own brand Michael Chernow also does work with Lululemon’s men’s brand.

Pauley Perrette

Actress Pauley Perrette has enjoyed a starring role on the hit TV drama series NCIS, but she moonlights as a talented Celebrity Chef! In 2015, the Pauley Perrette cookbook hit stores titled Donna Bell’s Bake Shop. The cookbook followed Pauley and her two best friends Darren Greenblatt and Matthew Sandusky on their journey since opening Donna Bell’s Bake Shop in New York. The Pauley Perrette cookbook shares Donna Bell’s favorite southern style recipes with glittering illustrations to match.

Celebrity Chef Pauley created the bake shop with help from her friends as a tribute to her mother’s delectable southern cooking. The bake shop finds its home in Manhattan and has since expanded to offering baked goods and novelty items on their online store so everyone can get a taste of their southern charm.

What’s not to love about Pauley Perrette? She’s a hardworking actress whose college studies in criminal justice would eventually serve her well in her role as forensic scientist Abby Sciuto on NCIS. NCIS is a global phenomenon that has become the world’s favorite TV drama since it first aired in 2003. Before joining the TV series, Pauley was working feverishly as a commercial actress. She landed small roles in TV shows such as Frasier, Time of Your Life and Dawson’s Creek. She also appeared in several movies including Almost Famous and The Ring.

Pauley is a passionate person who has been involved in many charity campaigns close to her heart. She has worked with the American Red Cross and is an outspoken supporter of LGBT rights. Pauley’s love for animals has kept her involved with animal rescue initiatives throughout her career. She has hosted the annual Pawscars Awards on behalf of the American Humane Association in addition to partnering with Animal Planet’s Tanked cast to donate a custom aquarium to a homeless shelter for mothers and children.

The new Pauley Perrette cookbook is just another reason why we love Celebrity Chef Pauley and she makes a great Celebrity Host for events, fundraisers and corporate functions.

Her cooking show gives viewers a more personal look into the life of a full-time mom, actress and wife. Celebrity Chef Tia Mowry grew up in a military family that was constantly on the move, which allowed her to taste a variety of foods in different cities. She credits those influences for sparking her interest in cooking homemade meals for her family. She hopes to showcase meals that are healthy, delicious and easy for moms on-the-go because she knows first-hand how hard juggling a career and family can be.

In addition to her celebrated TV shows, Tia and sister Tamara starred in the Disney Channel original movie Twitches and the sequel Twitches Too. In 2011, Tia and Tamara began filming their new reality TV series Tia & Tamara which aired on the Style Network. Roy Choi

Best known as the Godfather of the food truck movement, Celebrity Chef and author Roy Choi made the decision to leave behind fine dining and reinvent street food along the way. Because of his unique taste palate and knack for creating a fusion of Mexican and Korean flavors, Chef Choi revolutionized the way we view street food around the world today thanks to his success with the acclaimed Kogi Truck.

In Jon Favreau’s new film Chef, a lot of the credit goes to the truck pioneer Celebrity Chef Roy. In order to prepare for the movie, Roy sent Jon to a French culinary school and then trained him in several of his restaurants. The film is not just about life, but how food moves people. In addition to the movie, Roy and Jon recently announced they have plans to use the film as inspiration for a restaurant.

Chef Choi gained experience as a hotel chef working for Hilton Hotels and eventually got a promotion at the Beverly Hilton, which was the chains flagship. He also worked at Embassy Suites in Lake Tahoe, California as well as the Rock Sugar Pan Asian Kitchen in Los Angeles. With this pedigree, it didn’t seem likely that Roy would opt for a career selling tacos on the street corner, but this daring move was immediately garnered with praise and attention from the public and food press. Because of this, he was named one of Food & Wine’s “Best New Chefs” of 2010.

Roy devotes his spare time to volunteering at A Place Called Home in South Central Los Angeles where he inspires underprivileged children to open their own local food-based businesses by teaching them simple cooking techniques.

In just a few short years, Roy went from slinging tacos on the streets to establishing restaurants around the city of Los Angeles, writing a memoir-cookbook, as well as changing the way many American’s consume their lunch.
