Dale Talde

Celebrity Chef Dale Talde is New York-based chef who rose to fame after several appearances on Bravo’s Emmy-award winning cooking competition series, Top Chef. A native of Chicago, Dale participated in Top Chef: Chicago (season 4) which aired in 2008. He went up against the likes of Spike Mendelsohn, Richard Blais and Stephanie Izard and came in 6th place out of 14 renowned Celebrity Chefs. 2 years later, Celebrity Chef Dale Talde was back for more on Top Chef: All-Stars (season 8). Dale won 4 quick-fire challenges during that season and showed flashes of brilliance in merging Asian and American flavors.

Dale derives his culinary style from his Filipino heritage and his experiences growing up in Chicago. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Dale worked at several notable restaurants in the Chicago area including Celebrity Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Vong-Chicago. After working under Chef Carrie Nahabedian, Dale learned the value and importance of utilizing local ingredients. In 2005, he worked alongside esteemed Celebrity Chef Masaharu Morimoto to open his signature restaurant Morimoto in New York City.

Following his celebrity chef appearances on Top Chef, Dale had dreams of opening his own signature eateries. Soon enough, his dreams turned into reality. 2012 was a huge year for Celebrity Chef Dale Talde. He opened his first restaurant, TALDE, before partnering with several other chefs to create Pork Slope. Both restaurants are located in Brooklyn, New York. TALDE has an exquisite Asian-American menu while Pork Slope is Dale’s take on classic American bar food. In 2013, Food & Wine magazine named Dale Talde as the People’s Best New Chef. A year later, he opened his second TALDE location in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Antonia Lofaso

It was during her time at Foxtail that she was chosen to be a contestant on Top Chef season 4. Lorraine Pascale

Celebrity Chef Lorraine Pascale enjoyed a career in modeling with designers such as Chanel, Versace and Donna Karan before realizing her dream to share creativity with others through food. Lorraine was the first British African American model to appear on the cover of the American edition of Elle magazine. Modeling gave Lorraine a starting point in her career but she wanted to find something that would sustain her professional career once her modeling days were over. She spent her free time taking courses on various industries including car mechanics and interior design. She fell in love with the culinary arts during a year-long cooking course at Leith’s School of Food & Wine.

Celebrity Chef Lorraine Pascale dove headfirst into the kitchen. Following her proper schooling, she began working in renowned eateries in the United Kingdom. She decided she wanted to create her own specialty cake company. She has since opened her own shop called Ella’s Bakehouse in London. In 2011, Celebrity Chef Lorraine Pascale introduced her first TV cooking series on BBC called Baking Made Easy. She would appear as the host of two more programs on the network called Home Cooking Made Easy and A Last Minute Christmas. In 2012, she debuted a series called Fast, Fresh and Easy Food. Johnny Iuzzini

Celebrity Chef Johnny Iuzzini has made a living having his cake and eating it too. As one of the top pastry chefs in the biz, he has worked under revered pastry chefs on his way to creating Sugar Fueled Inc., his own pastry consulting company. Celebrity Chef Johnny Iuzzini has been called upon to share his knowledge in the kitchen on TV programs such as Good Morning America, the Today Show, and various segments on The Food Network. He returned to the U.S. in 1998 to help Chef Boulud open Café Boulud and a new location of Daniel on 65th Street. A few years later Chef Jean Georges Vongerichten recruited the young talent to work at his signature restaurant, Restaurant Jean Georges. During his time there the restaurant earned a 3 Michelin Star review, one of only 4 restaurants in New York to receive this honor. In 2006, Celebrity Chef Johnny Iuzzini was showered with awards including the James Beard Foundation’s Outstanding Pastry Chef of the Year Award and a nod from Forbes that touted him as one of the top 10 chefs in America.

Soon Johnny began recording his own recipes in his first signature cookbook called Dessert Fourplay: Sweet Quartets From A Four-Star Pastry Chef which was published in 2008. In the fall of 2014, Johnny published his second cookbook called Sugar Rush: Master Tips, Techniques, and Recipes for Sweet Baking.
