Cheryl Forberg

Celebrity Chef Cheryl Forberg is a trusted nutritionist and James Beard Award-winning chef who is best recognized as the head nutritionist on NBC’s hit weight loss competition series The Biggest Loser since 2004. On the show, Cheryl helps teach the contestants about the importance of a healthy diet and shares her own cooking and nutrition tips to help the contestants maintain a healthy lifestyle long after their time on the show has ended. She has also been the lead author and/or co-wrote all of the New York Times bestselling Biggest Loser diet and exercise books. After graduating from the California Culinary Academy, Cheryl worked abroad in France before returning to California to help open Celebrity Chef Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant Postrio in San Francisco. After several years spent in commercial kitchens, Cheryl began working as a private chef for Star Wars director George Lucas and his family. During this time she went back to school to dig deeper into the world of nutrition and proper dieting. She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics and certification as a registered dietician.

Eddie Jackson

Celebrity Chef Eddie Jackson is a former NFL football player turned Celebrity Chef who was the winner of season 11 of the Food Network cooking competition series Food Network Star in 2015. Eddie beat out 12 other celebrity chef hopefuls and will now have his own cooking series on the Food Network. Again injuries would keep him from the field and he ended his professional football career with the Washington Redskins in 2008.

Antonia Lofaso

Celebrity Chef Antonia Lofaso gained notoriety in the culinary industry as a fan favorite on season 4 of the popular Bravo cooking competition series Top Chef in 2008. Since then, she has made celebrity chef appearances on major TV programs such as the Hallmark Channel and ABC’s The Chew. In 2010, Antonia returned to Bravo to participate in Top Chef: All-Stars. Lorraine Pascale

Celebrity Chef Lorraine Pascale enjoyed a career in modeling with designers such as Chanel, Versace and Donna Karan before realizing her dream to share creativity with others through food. Lorraine was the first British African American model to appear on the cover of the American edition of Elle magazine. Modeling gave Lorraine a starting point in her career but she wanted to find something that would sustain her professional career once her modeling days were over.
