Sue Zemanick

Celebrity Chef Sue Zemanick is a top culinary talent based in Louisiana. She is currently the executive chef of Gautreau’s Restaurant located in uptown New Orleans. She also oversees the food for Ivy, a private event space also located in the heart of uptown. In 2014, Chef Sue received the James Beard Award for Best Chef South, earning her a new title as one of the best Celebrity Chefs in the country. In October of 2015, she was named a featured judge for season 3 of Esquire Network’s hit cooking competition series Knife Fight.

Chef Sue attended the Culinary Institute of America and worked as a chef-instructor for the school’s seafood program after graduation. In 2003, Sue wanted to put her years of practice to use and moved to New Orleans. She got her start in the kitchen at the local favorite Commander’s Place before joining the staff at Gautreau’s. It didn’t take long for the culinary world to take notice of her impressive skills in the kitchen. In 2008, Celebrity Chef Sue Zemanick was named one of the Top 10 Best New Chefs by Food & Wine magazine. She was also nominated as a James Beard Award finalist for Rising Star Chef every year from 2009-2012.

Sean Brock

Nobody does tasty southern classics quite like Celebrity Chef Speaker Sean Brock! Sean plants his culinary roots in the garden where he learned the importance of growing and preserving your own ingredients growing up with his family in rural Virginia. Today he owns and operates Husk, a popular restaurant specializing in southern style cuisine with locations in Charleston, South Carolina and Nashville, Tennessee. Sean has built his own 2.5 acre farm on Wadmalaw Island in South Carolina where he grows all his ingredients and has even began raising his own livestock. As an ode to deeply rooted southern food traditions, Sean has taken it upon himself to help preserve and restore heirloom ingredients such as flint corn, benne seed and rice peas.

Celebrity Chef Sean first burst onto the culinary scene in 2008 when he was nominated for the James Beard Award for Rising Star Chef. 2 years later he took home the James Beard Award for Best Chef Southeast. He has since been chosen a finalist for James Beard’s Outstanding Chef award every year since 2013. Sean now co-owns and operates 4 restaurants including the 2 Husk locations, McCrady’s Restaurant and Minero both located in Charleston.

Eddie Jackson

Celebrity Chef Eddie Jackson is a former NFL football player turned Celebrity Chef who was the winner of season 11 of the Food Network cooking competition series Food Network Star in 2015. Eddie beat out 12 other celebrity chef hopefuls and will now have his own cooking series on the Food Network. His pilot BBQ Blitz, aired during the finale of Food Network Star will serve as the basis for his new show centered around barbeque. Also a personal trainer and bodybuilder, Eddie prides himself on creating healthy, nutritious dishes that can help others life a healthier lifestyle without sacrificing the flavors they love.

Celebrity Chef Eddie Jackson was a standout defensive back for the University of Arkansas. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Carolina Panthers in 2004. He spent the 2005 and 2006 seasons with the Miami Dolphins before suffering a torn ACL. The New England Patriots scooped him up out of free agency before the 2007 season. Again injuries would keep him from the field and he ended his professional football career with the Washington Redskins in 2008.

As a pro athlete, Eddie had always been big into fitness and eating healthy so he saw an opportunity to start a new career helping others live a healthier lifestyle. His appearance on Food Network Star was not his first crack at TV cooking competition series. Eddie came in 8th place out of 19 talented contestants in season 4 of Gordon Ramsay’s MasterChef on Fox. Michael Chernow

Celebrity Chef Michael Chernow is a celebrated member of the culinary community. Michael learned the ins and outs of the restaurant business growing up as a bartender in New York City and Los Angeles. His debonair style is now a signature element in the creation and development of his own restaurants, The Meatball Shop, which he co-owns with his friend Daniel Holzman, and Seamore’s seafood restaurant. Michael opened Seamore’s in the summer of 2015 while the Meatball Shop has now expanded to 6 locations in NYC since its inception in 2010. In August of 2015, Celebrity Chef Michael Chernow was one of several Celebrity Chefs including Amanda Freitag hired to headline the Champions of the Course VIP event hosted by Bon Apetit magazine. He is now the host of Food Porn airing on FYI Network. The show is partly inspired by the Instagram hashtag #foodporn that has populated over 50 million posts to date using the hashtag.

Celebrity Chef Speaker Michael took a little different path to superstardom than most celebrity chef speakers in the industry. He grew up under the lights of the exciting NYC nightlife. His first bartending gig was at the popular nightclub Life as well as its sister club The Tavern in East Hampton. Michael spent 2 years at these fine establishments before jumping on board to help open Woo Lae Oak’s at its former location on Mercer Street. It was in 2001 that Celebrity Chef Speaker Michael Chernow hit the west coast chasing a new culinary adventure at Woo Lae Oak’s original location in West Hollywood. A year later he returned to New York to work under Frank Prizanzano at his signature restaurant Frank. After 7 years at Frank, Michael decided to enroll at the French Culinary Institute. He graduated in 2008 with a degree in the culinary arts and restaurant management and the rest is history! Michael’s first successful venture, The Meatball Shop, spawned a signature cookbook that was released in 2011. He has been involved in promotional material for several well-known brands including Coach, Equinox and Chase Ink. He is also a regular in GQ magazine, offering his style tips and tricks for the changing seasons.

In early 2016, Celebrity Chef Chernow launched his own juice brand, WellWell Juice. He has collaborated with Sagan Schultz, Collin Hughes and Larry Prauger to develop this new brand. On top of devoting time to grow his own brand Michael Chernow also does work with Lululemon’s men’s brand.

Dale Talde

Celebrity Chef Dale Talde is New York-based chef who rose to fame after several appearances on Bravo’s Emmy-award winning cooking competition series, Top Chef. A native of Chicago, Dale participated in Top Chef: Chicago (season 4) which aired in 2008. He went up against the likes of Spike Mendelsohn, Richard Blais and Stephanie Izard and came in 6th place out of 14 renowned Celebrity Chefs. 2 years later, Celebrity Chef Dale Talde was back for more on Top Chef: All-Stars (season 8). Dale won 4 quick-fire challenges during that season and showed flashes of brilliance in merging Asian and American flavors.

Dale derives his culinary style from his Filipino heritage and his experiences growing up in Chicago. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Dale worked at several notable restaurants in the Chicago area including Celebrity Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Vong-Chicago. After working under Chef Carrie Nahabedian, Dale learned the value and importance of utilizing local ingredients. In 2005, he worked alongside esteemed Celebrity Chef Masaharu Morimoto to open his signature restaurant Morimoto in New York City.

Following his celebrity chef appearances on Top Chef, Dale had dreams of opening his own signature eateries. Soon enough, his dreams turned into reality. 2012 was a huge year for Celebrity Chef Dale Talde. He opened his first restaurant, TALDE, before partnering with several other chefs to create Pork Slope. Both restaurants are located in Brooklyn, New York. TALDE has an exquisite Asian-American menu while Pork Slope is Dale’s take on classic American bar food. In 2013, Food & Wine magazine named Dale Talde as the People’s Best New Chef. A year later, he opened his second TALDE location in Jersey City, New Jersey.
